Design a strategy to fast-track the mobilization of Health and Security Personnel for the “Operations Allies Welcome Program.”
During the closure of US bases in Afghanistan, the challenge was to accommodate thousands of Afghan refugees at Camp Dona Ana, Fort McCoy, Fort Pickett, and Atterbury. As part of a project to provide health and safety services, we designed an approach that prioritizes efficient mobilization and cultural responsiveness. By incorporating Afghan-Americans into the team, we created a supportive environment for the refugees.
